Why worry about the cost of calling out engineers, when for an affordable monthly sum you can have the peace of mind of knowing that when you need it, support is there? Available between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, customers are guaranteed to speak to a 1st Line Technician every time they call. If issues cannot be rectified over the telephone, we guarantee to assess the problem remotely within 4 business hours of the call being logged. In the unlikely event of it still not being fixed, we will attend site within 8 business hours.
Contract customers also benefit from remote monitoring of their file servers. We receive daily notifications on performance from the server which allow us to pre-empt any impending problems.
